DK888 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dk888 through any device, creating an account or placing any bet on the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with dk888 and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use dk888 and must not create or retain an account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dk888 in relation to your use of the Platform. 2Eligibility

dk888 may request documentation to verify your age, identity or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on dk888. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false information – including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth or false contact details – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dk888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. dk888 will treat any activity conducted from your account as having been authorised by you and will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

dk888 may require you to complete an account verification process before certain features are enabled, including higher withdrawal limits or access to promotional offers. Verification may require submission of a valid national ID card (CNIC), utility bill, proof of payment method ownership or other documents. 3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. dk888 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by the contact method registered on your account before any fee is applied. Dormant account balances will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dk888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on dk888 is Rs 200. There is no upper limit stated for standard accounts, however high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification requirements. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. dk888 does not charge fees on deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, to prevent third-party money transfers. dk888 targets a processing time of under five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending verification in the following circumstances:

• Account verification documents have not been submitted or confirmed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• A security review has been triggered by unusual account activity.
• A dispute is pending in relation to the account.

dk888 will notify you of any withdrawal hold and the reason for it within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

4.5 Refunds

Deposits made to dk888 are generally non-refundable once credited to your account balance. Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances at dk888's discretion, for example in the case of a verifiable payment processing error. Refund requests should be submitted to the support team with full transaction details within 48 hours of the deposit.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dk888 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms stated at the point of offer in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus bets are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 10x or 20x the bonus amount) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

dk888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing minimal-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (bonus laundering), coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or using automated tools to claim offers. Any of these activities will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unused bonus funds and free bet credits expire after the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from account balances automatically and cannot be reinstated. dk888 is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry, although we endeavour to do so as a courtesy.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on dk888 are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a bet refund or dispute.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is confirmed when it is accepted by the dk888 system and a confirmation is displayed. Once a bet is confirmed and a round or game has commenced, the bet cannot be modified, cancelled or withdrawn regardless of subsequent events, unless a specific cash-out option (such as the Aviator cash-out feature) is exercised before the applicable deadline.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live game or crash game round, dk888 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome using available server data. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Malfunctions that do not affect the game outcome will not be grounds for bet invalidation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. dk888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Changes to bet limits do not affect bets already placed and confirmed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans or to claim multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward dk888 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the dk888 Platform.

dk888 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be engaging in any of the above activities waive all rights to any balance held in the account at the time of discovery.

Where an account is closed by dk888 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure occurs for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, the available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification requirements are met.
